We’ve always been two different people, moving in two separate directions;
Separation is nothing new to us but this time it’s solely by God’s discretion.
 
Sharing a part of my life with you was predestined;
It had to happen, to show us both our imperfections.
 
From our intersection, blossomed a handsome boy;
He is truly a gift, a great joy.
 
You always wanted something different but never could reach that place;
Now you have eternal peace that nothing on earth could replace.
 
The ghost that you were trying to outrun can no longer haunt your thoughts;
You are now free from your past, no longer bound by the taunts.
